Admission Policy
Admission is subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
All information provided in the admission form must be accurate. Submission of false documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
Attendance Requirement
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for promotion or board examinations.
Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory. Repeated absenteeism without valid reason may lead to disciplinary action.
Fee Structure and Payment
Fees must be paid as per the schedule provided by the school.
Late payment of fees may attract a fine.
Non-payment of fees for more than two months may lead to suspension or removal of the student from the school rolls.
Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect staff and fellow students, and follow all school rules.
Acts of misconduct, including bullying, cheating, vandalism, or disobedience, will invite strict disciplinary measures.
Use of School Property
Students must take care of school property. Any damage caused due to negligence or misconduct must be compensated by the student/parents.
Uniform and Grooming
Students must wear the prescribed school uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
Regular inspection of uniforms and grooming will be conducted.
Examinations and Promotions
Students must appear for all tests and exams as scheduled.
Promotion to the next class will be based on overall performance, attendance, and behavior.
Medical and Emergency Care
Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions or allergies.
In case of emergency, the school will take necessary steps and inform parents immediately.
Withdrawal and Transfer
One month’s written notice is required for withdrawal.
Transfer certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
School’s Right to Amend
Gyan Jyoti Public School reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. Parents will be informed of any major changes.
